life's twist and turns affect our feelings. some situations bring sadness and it is rwite to weep and cry. other situations put you on top of the happy league and its time to celebrate. this is hoe the bible puts it.

what eu need to watch out fer ish approachin situations in the rwong frame of mind. sometimes wen eu feel down, upset, flat and discouraged, its better to tok bout it, even cry, rather den bottle up ur sadness. but theres no xcuse to become a full-time misery goin on & on bout 'poor ol' eu'. a misery guts ish ferever holdin pity parties, being moody and tryin to drag others down. no wonder miseries haf few fwens.

they grouch round' tryin toattract sympathy and attention. and rather than share in the happiness of others they try & spoil the party by being miserable.

at the other extreme, laughter ish God's idea. but if ur attitude ish to treat life as one big joke and get cheap laughs at other's expense. youre out of sync wif God. taking the risk by sinkin other ppl ish jus not on.

we need God's help to be sensitive to the needs of others. not inflicting our mood swings on them but sharing in their joys and sorrows.

Jesus partied at weddings and wept at a funeral. His attitude was rwite fer each time. He shared in other ppl's happiness and comforted them in their sorrow. Ask God to help eu to be sensitive to others, no matter how eu might be feeling...
